Their main focus is sourcing top Software and DevOps talent and placing them into their impressive client base across the finance world.

Every consultant has reached their first promotion within just 6months, and the managing team of 22 heads is made up mostly of those who joined the firm as trainees! So, if you’re looking to join a business that will support your growth, this is the one for you.

The Good Stuff – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Base salary of £28k, rising to £30k after your first promotion
• Transparent career progression with achievable targets to meet- first promotion within 6months, and ability to lead your own team after 3 years
• Uncapped commission structure scaling to 50% with an OTE of £55k in year one, and £65k in year two
• Dedicated learning and development team at the business- delivering a 4-week training programme, with regular coaching throughout your career
• Options to WFH 2 days per week
• 1 week ‘work from anywhere’ every year
• Annual holiday incentive to incredible destinations- last year was Marbella, and this year is New York
• Quarterly lunch clubs for the top 10 performers- clock off early on a Friday to be wined and dined on the company card!
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays + 3x extra days over Christmas

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Cold-calling potential clients, pitching your services, and negotiating terms of business
• Learning what your clients hiring priorities are
• Sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking, and advertising
• Interviewing candidates, shortlisting for your clients, preparing candidates for their meetings, and passing on feedback
• Negotiating contracts for your candidates
• Advising and consulting your clients based on market trends, expansion plans, and salary benchmarking
• Consistently working towards your targets (team and individual), as well as building your network

The Ideal Candidate

• Recent graduate (ideally a 2:1 or above)
• Work experience throughout education (placement year, internships, part-time work)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Financial drive and ambition to build a successful career
