This client works within the finance sector, placing junior level associates all the way up to CFOs. This industry is extremely lucrative and so your commission cheques will be larger than in other sectors. This company are looking to expand their desk and have 5 new starters join their company. You will get one-to-one training from the directors, guiding you on how to be successful and bill big fees quickly in your career.

The Incentives of this Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• 27k base salary with an increase to 32k once promoted
• Promotion dependent on whether you hit your targets – usually between 5-6 months
• 40% commission structure with no threshold
• One to one training from the directors who are billing 6 figures
• Holiday incentives 3x a year – Barbados, Portugal, Mykonos and Paris
• Company card nights out with the team every month
• Gym under the office
• In office bar
• Monthly socials – yoga, ascot, winter wonderland, Michelin star restaurants
• Casual dress
• Early finish Fridays

The Job: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Researching the market and advising clients on the industry
• Sourcing your own clients and do your own business development
• Searching for the correct candidate for their profile via headhunting, cold calling, outreach and advertising
• Organizing interviews and become the middleman between candidate and client
• Get the candidate a job offer and make your commission!

The Ideal Profile:

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
• Sales experience – B2B, door to door, client facing
• Charismatic and confident
• Chatty
• Financially motivated
• Hard working
