The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling, headhunting and networking on LinkedIn in order to gain a good pipeline of candidates
- Undergoing your own business development and finding new candidates
- Offering expertise on the market and advising clients
- Screening and interviewing candidates and giving them tips on how to answer difficult interview questions
The Perfect Candidate for this Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Sales experience – B2B, door to door, cold calling, KPIs
- Enthusiastic and ambitious
- A people person and chatty
- Strong communication skills
- Resilient
- Competitive
