- Starting salary of £27,500, rising to £30k after your first promotion
- OTE of £55k in your first year, with top performers taking home £65k!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development and meeting with them to build long-term relationships, as well as gain a deep understanding of their hiring requirements and offering
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting – creating different projects and searching for suitable candidates
- Contacting potential candidates and pitching your clients opportunity to them
- Shortlisting candidates for their roles
The Ideal Candidate:
- Confident; you’ll be speaking with high-level decision makers daily
- Ambitious; you will want to progress quickly into a senior/leadership role
- Driven; you will be driven to earn well above your basic pay
- Experience; you will have experience working in a client facing role
- Education; you will either have a 2:1 from uni, OR a sales background
