The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our exciting work, engaging in:

• Job Definition: Define the roles, qualifications, and skills needed for the best talent.
• Sourcing: Find top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screening: Shortlist the best candidates by reviewing resumes and assessing their potential.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews and make confident hiring decisions.
• Selection: Choose the perfect fit for your clients.
• Offer & Negotiation: Present offers and negotiate to seal the deal.
• Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new hires as they join our clients’ teams.
