What is the Role? – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development and fully understanding who they are as a business and what their growth plans look like
- Identifying and sourcing top talent for your clients through headhunting on social media platforms and similar networking sites
- Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for interviews with your clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews and ensuring feedback is passed over quickly following any meetings
- Continuously advise and consult your market with knowledge built up from your network and connections
- Negotiate the best contracts for your candidates
- Build your network and continuously work towards hitting and exceeding targets
Who is the Ideal Candidate? – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Ideally you will be degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Confident and articulate when speaking with a range of individuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Financial drive and the desire to earn over a base salary
- Positive and inquisitive
