The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 28k base salary, increasing to 30k once promoted
- Promotion likely within 6 months
- 40% commission structure
- Open and modern office space in the centre of London
- WFH Fridays
- Early finish Thursdays
- Annual holiday incentive to New York, Dubai, Mykonos, Zante

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Negotiate deals and contracts with clients
- Understand the market and the ideal candidate they are looking for
- Source that candidate through headhunting, advertising, networking using social media and cold calling
- Organising interviews and being the middleman between client and candidate
- Finalising the deal and building long-lasting relationships with both the candidate and client
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated from a top university with a 2:1 or above
- Sales experience – B2B, tele-sales or door-to-door sales
- Competitive streak
- Empathetic
- Ambitious and hard working with evidence
- Confident and charismatic
