The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

You will have 1-1 training and support from day one, again offering you up all the tools needed to build a strong network, and earn yourself some good money quicky.
You will specialise within a specific niche within the technology market, meaning you will become an expert within your market, and soon become the known go-to person for top professionals. You’ll also get the chance to work with top brands such as Deliveroo, Uber, and Depop.

- Base salary of £25k, rising to £27.5k after probation
- Clear progression pathway with most people seeing their first promotion within 6-9 months
- Uncapped commission structure rising to 45%
- OTE in year one of £55k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Sourcing top talent through headhunting and networking
- Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for roles with your clients
- Managing the end to end interview process
- Negotiating the best package for your candidate
- Working towards and exceeding targets
- Making commission and building your network!
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Financially driven – wanting to earn over a basic salary
- Confident speaking with a range of individuals on and off the phone
