The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind connecting top-tier talent with leading businesses. Through expert training and hands-on experience, you’ll quickly gain the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in this fast-paced industry.
Your Responsibilities:
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships
- Sourcing and headhunting top talent using innovative recruitment strategies
- Managing the full recruitment process, from candidate attraction to placement
- Preparing candidates for interviews and guiding them to success
- Attending client meetings to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions
