The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Good Stuff – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £27.5k, rising to £30k after your first promotion
- Uncapped commission with no threshold
- OTE in year one hitting £50k, year two hitting £65k, and year three hitting £80k+
- Training delivered by the Founders and management team – spanning across 8 weeks and including classroom sessions, networking events, and on-the-job learning
- Fast-tracked progression seeing your first promotion within just 6 months
- Options to build out your own team, relocate and set up a new office, or remain an independent biller
- WFH options on Tuesdays and Fridays once you’ve hit your first promotion

The Day-to-Day of the Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Meeting clients to build relationships and get a good overview of their offering and hiring priorities
- Sourcing top talent through headhunting, advertising, and using your network
- Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for interviews with your clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews and passing on feedback within 24 hours
- Negotiating the best salary and contract for your candidates
- Following up on any business leads and maintaining presence in your network through your online brand
The Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a client or customer facing role
- Naturally competitive and inquisitive
- Financial drive
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
