- Offices in London, New York and Austen
- Dominates the UK and US markets – the US has higher salaries and so there is amazing earning potential with this space
- Top biller in the company is billing 500k+
- You will be taught one on one by your manager to gain the best knowledge of the industry
- Earning potential in year 1 = 45k+; year 2 = 70k+; year 3 =100k+
- Hiring 5 grads – you will all begin at the same time and be able to learn the ropes together

Day-to-day – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- As a sales-based role, you will be sourcing both your clients and candidates through networking, cold calling and building trusting relationships.
- You will negotiate deals with the client and conclude what percentage of commission you will receive.
- You listen and understand what they are looking for as an employee and then you go and find them!
- This is done through advertisements, networking, and cold calling.
- You will undergo the interview process and hopefully place your candidate!
The Perfect Profile for this Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree from a top 50 university with a 2:1 or above
- Confident communication skills
- Able to build a relationship with most people
- Competitive – sports background or keen Monopoly player
- Financially driven – has goals and wants to achieve them
- Hard working – willing in to put in the hours to see success
