Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
From day one, you’ll be given the tools and support to excel and grow within the recruitment industry. Expect a fast-paced, dynamic role where no two days are the same!
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Managing the candidate process – Sourcing top talent, conducting initial calls, guiding candidates through the interview process, and overseeing onboarding
- Generating business opportunities – Winning new clients, maintaining client relationships, and attending client meetings
- Presenting candidates to clients with confidence and professionalism
- Building your network and personal brand – Establish yourself as an industry expert
- Attending networking events to grow your connections and market knowledge
- Keeping up with industry trends by attending relevant events and seminars
