US salaries are much larger than the UK, meaning the fees you will be billing are huge. With their commission structure reaching 50% with no threshold, you can earn good money within your first year.

What Would you be Doing: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building out your relationships with both clients and candidates to make you well known throughout the industry
- Sourcing your clients and candidates through cold calling, headhunting and networking
- Handling harder conversations with clients such as negotiating terms and deal sizes
- Organising interviews for candidates and taking them through the process, giving advice on answering difficult questions
- Get them an offer and make a successful placement

- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from a top university
- Sales experience
- Strong people skills
- Money motivated
