The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Working across the tech markets is one of the most buoyant and popular within recruitment. The technology space is huge and there’s a lot of money to be made within it. This firm has specialist desks across AI, Data, Cyber, and Software Development, and doesn’t plant on slowing down its expansion plans.
You’ll join the team alongside 4 other trainees and undergo a 12-week training programme where you will learn everything – from market knowledge to client relationships, and the day-to-day of a sales role.
This will fast-track your progression and development and you’ll be well on your way to becoming a successful recruiter!

- Starting salary of £27.5k, rising to £30k after your probation period (6months)
- Uncapped commission structure scaling to 45%
- OTE in year one hitting £45k-£55k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Travelling the UK, Europe, and the US to meet with clients and build on relationships
- Sourcing top candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn, networking with existing contacts, and advertising
- Speaking with potential candidates to fully understand their experience, skillset, and desires for a new role
- Managing the interview process from initial scheduling, to preparing individuals for their interview, and consulting both sides after each meeting
- Negotiating the right salary and contract for your candidates
- Following any business leads and growing your desk/ network

- Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline
- Passionate
