As the US market has significantly higher salaries than the UK, you will be gaining a large amount of commission from the placements you make.

- 27k base salary with a commission structure on top of this
- OTE of 40k in your first year, and 60k in year 2
- 40% commission structure with no threshold

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 180 and 360 recruitment
- Headhunting both clients and candidates aiming to match them up and make successful placements
- Negotiating deals and contracts
- Organisational skills used in order to set up interviews that align with both parties timetables
- Cold calling, LinkedIn messages, advertising and networking to find clients and candidates to work with
- GET THAT COMMISSION!!!
