The Client – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Incentives – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27.5k base with an increase to 32.5k once promoted to consultant
- 50% commission structure to MAXIMISE your earning potential
- Promotion within 6 months of being with the company
- Holiday incentives 2x a year – one for the whole team no matter their billings, and one for the top 6 performers

The Job Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Fast-paced sales role
- Headhunting your clients and doing business development to work with them
- Offering your knowledge of the market and advising them
- Networking, building relationships, headhunting, cold-calling, advertising to find the best candidates
- Setting up interviews and giving the candidates tips on how to be successful in the interview process
- Negotiate contracts and deal sizes
- Make the deal and gain your well-earned commission!

- Strong sales experience – B2B sales, tele sales, cold calling experience
