The Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As they bring on prestigious clients, more work and dominate new countries, they need fresh faces to help bring in the earning potential they know they’re capable of. Their top biller just secured 90k worth of deals this month alone. Therefore, there is big money to be made, especially with their 40% commission structure, with no threshold! Our client is looking for hard-working and energetic individuals to join their team asap!
The Benefits of the Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base with an increase to 32k once promoted to Consultant
- Promotion is target based – make 6 assisted deals and you’ll be promoted – usually within 4-6 months
- 40% commission structure with no threshold
- Late start and early finish Fridays
- Work from home 1-2 days a week once promoted and hitting monthly targets
- Quarterly office parties – socials, city trips and restaurants
- Pool table and dart board
- Beer fridge for Thursday drinks
- Holiday incentives twice a year to places such as Mykonos, Paris, Cape Town and Maldives
- Pathway to leadership positions within 3 years
- Smart casual dress
The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Studying your sector and mapping the market so that you can build your knowledge and consult clients on hiring
- Sourcing clients to work with and doing your own business development
- Understanding the profile they need for a candidate
- Headhunting the candidate via LinkedIn, cold calling, advertising and networking
- Organising interviews and guiding candidates through them
- Get an offer for your candidate and make the placement
- Receive your well-earned commission!
