The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- The fast-paced salesy style of the industry means you will have to utilise your communication and people skills
- Bring out your extroverted self by doing your own business development and finding your own clients and candidates to work with
- You’ll have to headhunt, cold call and sell your expertise on the market
- Be organised and proactive so that you can organise interviews and take control of the process
- Sell your candidate and get them that job offer!
