- Base salary of £27k which increases to £30k after you pass your probation!
- On target earnings in year 1 of £40-55k (we’ve had individuals hit £75k in year 1 so the potential is endless)

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Building a great relationship with the clients
- Meeting new/current clients to understand their exact hiring needs
- Headhunting candidates
- Sourcing candidates
- Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
- Interviewing candidates
- Guiding them through the whole interview process and providing advice and feedback along the way
