Established in 2016 we specialise in finance recruitment with our main focus within investment banks, Credit, Private Equity, Real Asset Funds and Hedge Funds. Working with the likes of Evercore, KKR, Lazard and many more impressive firms, you’ll gain exposure to them from day 1!
Based in the heart of London Bridge you’d be joining a team of 30 individuals spread across their London and New York offices, with a third opening up in Dubai in 2026! Both founders have over 30 years of experience between them and to begin with you’ll be sat directly by them so they can offer their support and mentorship!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn the ins and outs of a high-energy, high-reward industry while mastering skills that set you up for a successful career. Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing top candidates: Identify and place high-calibre professionals into leading companies.
- Cold calling and networking: Connect with clients and candidates, build rapport, and drive results despite occasional setbacks.
- Client meetings: Visit offices to understand hiring needs and develop long-term relationships.
- Negotiation: Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing advice, and closing deals effectively.
- Research and knowledge-building: Become an expert in your niche sector and stay ahead of market trends.
