The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
The winners of the fastest growing recruitment company in EMEA at the Global Recruitment Awards, this start-up are looking to onboard 5 entry-level individuals as they continue to grow! Specialising in building Go-To-Market teams across the software space their main aim is to redefine the tech landscape.
Both founders are over £1M billers and they have an excellent record in building out high performing teams and £750k+ billers with less than 3 years’ experience! In just over a year they’ve also been able to open up their first international office (something which usually takes companies years to do!) They’ve hired one of the best in the market for establishing US business and this has been a huge asset to the growth of the business.
What Is On Offer For You? – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £27.5k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £45k
- Increase in salary to £32.5k once you hit first promotion (typically takes 6-9 months)
- 37 days paid holiday (25 fixed, 4 wellbeing days (1st Friday of every new quarter) and bank holidays)
- 4 incentive trips per year – 1 presidents club (usually Dubai or skiing) and 3 European trips (Mykonos, Ibiza, South of France)
- Lunch clubs for top performers – dining at London’s top restaurants
- Average deal size of £30k and a commission structure up to 30% with no threshold
- Exceptional learning and development programme for entry-level individuals coming in, delivered by the founders directly
- Ability to meet with their C-Level customers from day 1 regardless of your seniority
The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Client Engagement:
- Shadow client briefings to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs
- Deep dive into role requirements, qualifications, and expectations
- Market Expertise:
- Conduct market mapping to identify top firms and potential clients
- Stay informed on market trends and industry developments
- Talent Acquisition:
- Attract, screen, and assess high-calibre candidates
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, handling references and final negotiations
