The Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client is recruiting within the tech recruitment space, focusing on AI and Software development. Expanding their team in the new year is their main priority, and they are looking for bright and motivated individuals to join as soon as possible!
The directors have trained all the employees one to one, meaning each consultant is billing over 500k consistently. The earning potential in this company is huge, with their commission structure reaching 50%! You DO NOT want to miss out on an opportunity as great as this!
The Incentives of this Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 28k base with an increase to 32.5k once promoted (this is reviewed every quarter to keep up to date with current economic climate)
- 50% commission structure with a tiered ladder system
- One to one training from the directors of the company that have been in the industry for 15 years
- Quarterly socials for the whole team to help reward hard work but also build working relationships – Ascot, Winter Wonderland, City breaks away
- 2x Holiday Incentives a year to places such as Paris, Marbella, Kos and New York
- Work laptop and iPhone given to all employees
- Work from home 1-2 days a week once promoted to consultant
- Fast career progression, with a promotion within 6 months as long as you hit your targets

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Consulting clients on the market and developing your knowledge on the industry through networking
- Listening to what they are looking for out of an employee, whether that’s academics, work experience, billings or work ethic
- Headhunting both clients and candidates and offering your services
- Organising interviews and handling the process
- Make a successful placement that both client and candidate are happy with
- Earn your commission!
The Perfect Person for this Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from any discipline
- Sales experience – B2B, B2C, cold calling or tele-sales
- Extremely driven and motivated by money
- Hard working, with evidence
- Confident people person with good communication skills
- A team player that will work with their colleagues well
