The BUSINESS – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Working across the Digital Marketing space, you will have access to some of the best-known brands across the globe. You’ll focus on sourcing talent across Personal Relations, E-Commerce, Marketing, and Technology for Start-Ups, Scale-Ups, and huge Corporations in the UK, Europe, and the US.

Some of the brands you’ll work with are Asos, Haribo, Monzo, and Adidas, with the client base growing every day. You’ll have an input on the growth plans and the area you want to specialise in, making you an expert in your chosen area.

• Base salary of £27k rising to £30k after your first promotion
• Clear progression pathway from Trainee to Director (first promotion within 6-12 weeks)
• Uncapped commission structure scaling to 45%, which sees your OTE in year one hit £45k-£55k
• Training delivered by both the Founders of the business, as well as the dedicated inhouse Coach

The ROLE – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Winning new clients through business development
• Meeting with clients to understand their hiring requirements
• Sourcing top talent through headhunting on LinkedIn on pitching the opportunities you’re working on
• Interviewing candidates to understand their experience and wants in a new job
• Managing the interview process from start to finish, including negotiating the best contract for your candidates
• Following any business leads and continuously adding to your network

The REQUIREMENTS – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Degree educated OR a background in sales
• Financial drive
• Ambitious and motivated to progress in a career
• Experience working in a client or customer facing role
• Confident speaking with a range of individuals both on and off the phone
• Naturally competitive with the drive to succeed
