What You’ll Be Doing – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Every day will be dynamic and varied, giving you hands-on experience in:

• Sourcing Top Talent – Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through job boards, networking, and headhunting.
• Understanding Client Needs – Working with hiring managers to match candidates to roles.
• Screening & Interviewing Candidates – Conducting initial phone interviews and assessing suitability.
• Presenting Candidates to Clients – Pitching top talent to some of the biggest global brands.
• Managing the Hiring Process – Coordinating interviews, negotiating job offers, and handling reference checks.
• Building Long-Term Relationships – Growing your client and candidate network to become a trusted recruiter.

What We’re Looking For In Trainee Recruitment Consultants

• Recent Graduate OR Sales Experience (B2B Preferred)
