- £25k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £45k through commission and promotions!

- Understand client hiring needs
- Find and screen candidates
- Conduct interviews and match candidates to roles
- Advise clients on hiring strategies
- Support candidates with applications and interviews
- Negotiate job offers
- Build and maintain relationships
- Follow up post-placement
