You will be working for a World Leading Digital recruitment agency looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join their passionate team and contribute to their future success!
Trading in over 40 countries around the world and have five offices across EMEA and the US working with talent and companies of all sizes globally this a HUGE OPPORTUNITY for ambitious consultants to work abroad with the business!
With a wide variety of specialties such as Cloud & infrastructure, Cyber Security, Projects Change & Transformation to name a few allows for the next set of hungry individuals to be exposed to some big names in the tech sector in one of the most Buoyant and EVERGROWING sectors!
They collaborate with some big clients such as Monzo, Sky, ASOS, Crypto and BBC to name a few of their 500 clients that they cater for across the many sectors!
From DAY 1 you’ll have access to their full commission structure that goes up to 40% with set clear promotion targets where their average consultant achieves in their first 3-6 months due to their industry leading training managed by the founders with a combines 50 years industry knowledge!

Responsibilities of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including databases, social media, networking events, and job boards, to identify and attract top-tier sporty candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experiences, and suitability for different sports-related roles.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organizations, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and sports business developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Matchmaking: Identify the perfect fit between candidates and clients, ensuring a positive and long-lasting placement for both parties.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced consultants, learning from their expertise, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
