You would be working with some of the most entrusted and experienced recruiters in the tech space. With their average fees exceeding 200k+, you will be earning seriously good money with this company in just a year of being in the industry. The managers acknowledge the value of good training, and so you will be taught by the top billers in the company to truly learn everything about the market and the best clients to work with. This company are looking to hire 5 graduates to join their team so that they continue to dominate the US tech space.

- 27k base with an increase to 30k once promoted
- Quick career promotion as it is target based – usually promoted within 5-6 months
- 40% commission structure with no threshold

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Headhunting the clients you would like to work with and offering your expert knowledge on the market.
- Understanding what they are looking for in an employee and tailoring your search accordingly
- Sourcing the candidate they are looking for through headhunting, advertising, networking and cold calling
- Organising the interviews and giving advice to the candidate so that they succeed when answering hard questions
- Negotiating the contract
- Get your commission after placing the candidate in the role!
