This company is the leading recruitment firm in the finance sector, dominating the industry by building long-lasting relationships with the most entrusted finance professionals in the market. By keeping rapport, they can bill higher fees than most, with their top biller doing 6 figures. The earning potential in this industry is huge, so you could be taking home 100k+ in just a few years. Our client is looking to expand their team so that they can branch out into the US market and build out their office in New York!
The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base salary with an increase to 30k once promoted
- 35% commission structure with no threshold
- Promotion based on targets – progression within 4-6 months
- Offices in both London and New York
- Work from home 1 day a week
- OTE for year 1 = 40k+
- Hands-on training from top billers in the company
- Pool table and darts in office
- Rooftop bar in office

- Client meetings every week – restaurants/pints/coffee

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Fast paced sales role that aims to match up clients and candidates in order to make successful placements
- Headhunting, cold calling, advertising and networking to source your candidates and clients
- Study the market and consult clients on hiring
- Setting up interviews and give tips to candidates on how to answer harder questions
- Negotiate the terms and make a successful placement!
- Get your well-earned commission $$$
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sales experience
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Extremely driven
- Hard working with evidence
- Competitive energy
- Money motivated
