Placing professionals across the property industry, from real estate to engineering, these recruiters know everything there is about the market. With their top biller doing 100k+ in the first year, you can be taking home a good chunk of this because of their generous commission structure with no threshold. Looking for charismatic, chatty and ambitious individuals to join their desk, they are wanting to hire 2-3 new faces to guide them through their new career into recruitment.

- 28k base salary with a 40% commission structure with no threshold
- OTE in your first year of 40k

The Job Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development by headhunting your own clients and understanding their requirements for a future employee
- Sourcing the employee through LinkedIn, research, cold calling, and advertising
- Organising interviews and giving advice on how to answer questions to a good standard
- Negotiate contracts and deal sizes
- Make a successful placement and make your well-earned commission!
The Ideal Candidate for this Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Sales based role experience
- Confident people skills
- Financially motivated, with evidence
- Ambitious and hard working
- Charismatic
- Competitive
