- £25k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £45k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn the ins and outs of a high-energy, high-reward industry while mastering skills that set you up for a successful career. Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing top candidates – identify and place high-calibre professionals into leading companies.
- Cold calling and networking – connect with clients and candidates, build rapport, and drive results despite occasional setbacks.
- Client meetings – visit offices to understand hiring needs and develop long-term relationships.
- Negotiation – guide candidates through the hiring process, providing advice, and closing deals effectively.
- Research and knowledge building – become an expert in your niche sector and stay ahead of market trends.
