What you’ll be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Receive first-class training with a personal business coach
- Building relationships and winning clients
- Manage the candidate process from initial contact, to interview, to job offer
- Network effectively and attend events
- Become an expert in your international market
- Work collaboratively with the teak
- From day one, you’ll be encouraged to cultivate relationships and business development skills via meetings, calls and written communication.

What you’ll bring to Fintech Recruitment:
- A degree in any discipline, 2:1 or above as well as good A levels OR previous sale/recruitment experience
- Ability to speak German is a huge bonus
- Ability to demonstrate dedication and motivation through sports, societies, other extracurriculars, volunteering etc
- Resilience – reward is high in this role, which naturally comes with setbacks, which you must be capable of rebounding from!
- Motivated by targets, passionate about career progression
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
