Recruiting within the marketing space, this company are building out two of their desks with both fresh grads and experienced recruiters. With a hot desk worth over 800k, there will be a lot of work ready and waiting for you as soon as you join. With their generous commission structure, people are taking home an average of around 150-200k within a few years of being in the industry.

- 27k base with an increase after promotion
- 35% commission structure with no threshold on top of base
- Promotion within 5-6 months

What you would be doing: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Fast-paced sales role that aims to match clients and candidates to make a successful placement
- 180 and 360 recruitment
- Business development and sourcing your own client through headhunting
- Headhunting includes cold calling, LinkedIn and advertising
- Middleman between client and candidate, organising interviews
- Negotiating deals and contract
