Previously focusing on placing technology professionals into a variety of sectors, this business has found a successful niche over the past three years, at supplying talent to the Energy Trading sector. They focus on the UK and European market, sourcing professionals for their clients on a permanent and temporary basis.
The firm is built up of over 30 individuals who are consistently performing above their targets, which speaks volume to the training and development provided by the founders of the business.
You will be joining consultants who have exceeded their earning targets in their first year and taken home over £50k including their commission. If you want to work for a business who values their employees, there is no better place to start!

- Starting salary of £28k, which rises to £30k after your first promotion (6-12 months)
- Uncapped commission structure with no threshold, scaling to 45%

What is THE ROLE of a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
Working as a recruiter, you are wearing many hats. It is your responsibility for sourcing your own client base and developing those relationships, essentially acting as an account manager.
You are also in charge of talent sourcing, which involves research, cold-calling, networking, and advertising, ensuring you are always touching base with people in your network.
You will then oversee the whole interview process, ensuring that you have prepared your candidates for any meetings they have with your clients, and you have advised and consulted both parties on market trends and conditions.
There is often an aspect of negotiation when it comes to offer stage, meaning you must be knowledgeable on salary bandings across the market, and be certain of what your candidates are looking for!
