A financial business which specialises in the recruitment of CFOs, finance directors and senior finance resources to private equity-backed companies. Located in SOHO London with offices in Manchester, and top billing being just shy of £1M in revenue, with average billings each month being in the region of £45-60k.

The role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building and maintaining client relationships in the financial sector
- Communicating with candidates through emails and phone calls
- Attracting candidates to the role through advertisement
- Selection of correct candidates for further stages
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting and networking
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Winning new clients through business development
- Working towards targets
