The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This agency is a specialist supplier of Inhouse Lawyers for some of the biggest brands in Europe. They have different desks with a niche focus; Financial Services, Heavy Industries, Technology, and Energy, meaning that you will become an expert on businesses within your chosen space.
The management team have a combined total of 40 years of experience, which allows you to learn off some of the best recruiters in this space.

The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £26k which rises to £28k after your 6-month probation
- Uncapped commission structure scaling to 35%

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Understanding your client’s ethos and long-term growth plans
- Sourcing the top candidates through networking, headhunting, and advertising online
- Interviewing candidates and introducing them to your clients
- Managing the interview process from initial conversation to final stage
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidate (base salary, additional benefits, start date etc.)
- Ensuring you consult and advise your network appropriately based on market trends and conditions
- Working to hit and exceed your individual targets
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Confident speaking on the phone with high level individuals
- Articulate and able to advise candidates and clients
- Financial drive and desire to earn well over a basic salary
- Inquisitive with the want to continuously learn and develop your skills
