- Cold calling potential clients and candidates
- Guiding candidates through the process – offering advice and support on different stages
- Attending client meetings – visiting client’s offices to gain a greater understanding of the characteristics they are after
- Researching your sector in depth

- Hardworking and results driven, with a real desire to succeed
