Theor focus is on the top end of the market, meaning they don’t work any roles that pay lower than $100k. 90% of their network is based in the US, meaning you will have the opportunity to travel with the job.

With an incredible learning and development team in the business, you will have a structured 6-week training programme to ensure you have all the tools to succeed in a recruitment career. This training has helped other trainees take home over £50k in their first year, with some consultants even taking home as much as £70k!

What is THE ROLE of a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?

• Cold-calling businesses, pitching your services, and winning new clients (Business Development)
• Meeting with clients to fully understand their ethos, structure, and hiring plans
• Sourcing top talent through headhunting on LinkedIn and interviewing candidates
• Shortlisting candidate CVs for your clients and organising any meetings
• Ensuring both parties are kept informed throughout the process, with feedback passed on after every stage
• Negotiating the best contract for your candidates at offer stage
• Building up your network through your personal online brand

Who is THE IDEAL CANDIDATE for the position of TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?

• A recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
• Experience working in a client or customer facing role
• Naturally competitive with a background in sports, debate etc.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Financial motivation
• Desire to progress rapidly in your career
