What You Would Be Doing: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 360 recruitment
- Undergoing your own business development and sourcing your own clients
- Negotiating the deal size with them and understanding what they look for in a candidate
- Sourcing the candidate through LinkedIn, cold-calling, headhunting and advertising
- Organising interviews and being the middle-man between candidate and client
- Giving candidate tips on interview questions
- Consulting clients on the market
- Making a successful placement
