- Starting salary of £28k rising with each promotion
- Uncapped commission with no threshold, scaling to 45%

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through cold-calling (Business Development)
- Meeting with clients to understand their hiring requirements and company ethos
- Sourcing top candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn and speaking with your existing network
- Interviewing candidates and pairing them up with your clients
- Managing the interview process and ensuring you receive feedback from both sides after any meetings
- Accurately consulting and advising your network about market trends, salary benchmarking, and economic conditions
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidates
- Building your online brand on LinkedIn and adding to your network
The Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate OR a background in sales
- Confident speaking with a range of high-level individuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high levels of emotional intelligence
- Resilient and able to bounce back from failure
- Financially driven with the desire to earn over a basic pay
