The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Researching, cold-calling, and winning new clients (Business Development)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to fully understand their hiring plans
- Sourcing top talent through headhunting on LinkedIn and speaking with individuals in your network
- Matching candidates with suitable clients you are representing, and scheduling any initial interviews, ensuring your candidates are fully prepared for the conversations
- Handling any reservations and consulting based on current market trends and conditions
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidate at offer stage
- Consistently working to exceed individual targets set
The Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Experience working in a sales or client facing role
- Money motivation and a desire to earn over a base salary
- Resilience – the ability to bounce back after rejection or failure
- Confidence speaking with a range of individuals
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
