The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £26k, rising to £30k after your first promotion (9-12 months)
- Uncapped commission rising to 40% – see earnings of £45k in year one, £55k in year two, and £70k+ in year three
- Structured 3-month training plan – inclusive of classroom sessions, shadowing, on the job learning, and attending networking events

- Work from home 2 days per week after your first promotion
- Early finishes on Fridays at 4pm

The Role
- Building your exclusive client base through business development
- Meeting with clients and understanding their hiring requirements
- Sourcing top level candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn (80% through headhunting, and 20% through referrals/applications)
- Interviewing candidates, shortlisting them for your clients, preparing candidates for interviews, managing the interview process
- Negotiating the best package for your candidates
- Following up on any business leads
- Building an online presence and creating relevant content for your network
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated with a 2:2 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment – part-time, full-time, internships/placement years etc.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Confident speaking with a range of high-level individuals
- Financially driven and wanting to go the extra mile to earn commission
