The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling: potential clients and candidates
- Guiding candidates through the process: offering advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place
- Attending client meetings: visiting client’s offices to gain a greater understanding of the characteristics they after in their new hires
- Researching your sector in depth: constantly undergoing further research in the particular sector to make sure you stay up to date with any new developments that occur
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Background: Degree-educated or experience in sales, consultancy, sports, or similar fields
- Competitive Edge: Sports or competitive hobbies highly desirable
