The Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This company recruits within the commodity trading space, placing trading and sales professionals into their dream jobs. You will be working in the US market, meaning that you will be billing fees twice the size of those in the UK. Fees as big as 7 figures, you will be earning a lot of commission if you work hard. With a generous commission structure of 50% with no threshold, this company values the desires of their employees and motivates them to bill big fees.

- 28k base with an increase to 32k once promoted to consultant
- Promotion usually within 4-6 months if you are hitting necessary targets
- One on one training by the top billers who are billing 7 figures
- OTE of 45k+ in your first year
- Holiday incentives 3 times a year – Skiing, Thailand, Morocco, Greece
- Quarterly socials with the team – Musicals, Cocktail Nights, Michelin Star Restaurants

- Late start and early finish every Friday
- Manage your own team as early as year 2 in the industry
The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- A fast-paced sales role that involves your own business development
- Sourcing your own client base and understanding the correct candidates for what they are looking for
- Screening potential candidates and organising their interviews
- Advising both clients and candidates on the market, hiring processes and interview questions
- Negotiating contracts and commission structures with clients
- Make a successful placement and build a long-lasting relationship with the client and candidate!
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sales experience – e.g. B2B, cold calling, door to door
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Confident people skills
- Articulate
- Financially driven
- Resilient
- Team player
- Quick learner
