Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client understands people want to be rewarded for their efforts. If you put in the extra work, you will be incentivized with commission, deals and holidays. This company focuses on the tech space, with teams in green tech, digital, and fintech. Billing fees are huge in this space, meaning you could be billing 6 figures in just a few years of being in the industry. With the managers and directors taking a hands-on approach, you will be learning directly from the best in the industry in order to gain the skills to become even better than they are.
The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- OTE of 45k+ in your first year
- Base salary of 27k with a commission structure of 40% with no threshold
- Potential to manage your own team by year 2
- One on one training from top billers and directors
- Opportunities to travel to the US on business trips
- Holiday incentive twice a year to places such as Paris, Morocco, Greece and the Alps
- Bar in office
- Gym next door to office
- WFH 1-2 days a week once promoted
- Promotion within 4-6 months if hitting targets
What the Role Entails: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development through networking and headhunting new clients
- Negotiating deal sizes and commission structures with them
- Source the candidate that they are looking for through LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking
- Take them through the interview process and give them advice throughout
- Make a placement and get your commission!

- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Salesy and charismatic
- Honest

- Financially motivated
