The two co-founders are looking for someone who is ready to learn the sector and is incredibly driven to succeed. With their top billers doing 700k+, this company expects a money-motivated and ambitious individual to be billing similar fees by their third year in the company. Through building long-lasting relationships with their clients, you have the ability to create meaningful connections with the best tech professionals in the industry.
The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base salary with a 40% commission structure
- Quarterly team parties, drinks, lunches, and city trips
- Fast career progression – able to be promoted within 4-6 months

- Annual holiday incentives – LA, New York, Mykonos, Mallorca
- WFH 1 day a week once promoted
- One to one training from top billers who are doing 800k+
- Intense teaching about the Tech sector and the market you will be recruiting into
The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Understanding the market and advising your clients on hiring
- Listening to what they are looking for out of a candidate
- Negotiate the commission structure and contracts
- Source and screen your candidate through headhunting, networking, advertising, cold calling and using LinkedIn
