Your role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include:

• Candidate Guidance: Coaching candidates through the recruitment process and teaching them the skills required for success.
• Screening & Assessment: Reviewing CVs to assess candidates’ suitability for roles in recruitment and gathering their understanding of the industry.
• Client Engagement: Partnering with businesses to identify ideal candidate profiles and ensuring client needs are met.
• Process Management: Organising application pipelines, scheduling interviews, and managing candidates’ diaries.
• Content Creation: Drafting and posting compelling job advertisements.
• Headhunting: Identifying top talent via social media platforms.
• Interview Preparation: Prepping candidates to ensure success at every stage of the hiring process.
• Candidate Matching: Aligning talent with clients’ needs and objectives.

What we’re looking for in Trainee Recruitment Consultants:

The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will possess:

• Recent Graduate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and enthusiastic phone manner.
• The ability to build rapport quickly and maintain lasting professional relationships.
• A competitive mindset—sports or other team-driven experiences are a plus.
• Previous experience in sales or recruitment (advantageous but not essential).
• A proactive and driven personality with a desire to succeed.
