You can be billing 800k+ in this industry – if you put in the effort, you will see the results.

- 27k base salary with an increase to 32.5k once promoted to Consultant
- Promotion within 5 to 6 months of being in the industry
- One to one training with a few classroom sessions with the directors

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
380 role:
- Business development and sourcing your own clients via headhunting
- Studying the market and advising clients
- Understand what they are looking for in a candidate in terms of credentials and culture fit
- Sourcing the candidate via LinkedIn, cold calling, advertising and headhunting
- Taking the candidate through the interview process and make a successful placement by giving tips on how to succeed
The Perfect Individual for this Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Salesy – experience with cold calling/ B2B/ client facing/ telesales
- Degree educated from a top 50 university
- Charismatic and energetic
