The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Building Relationships: Working with candidates and clients to understand their goals and needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Screening CVs, headhunting through social media, and matching candidates to client roles.
- Candidate Preparation: Guiding candidates through applications and interview processes.
- Client Management: Engaging with hiring companies to identify their recruitment requirements.
- Sales and Negotiation: Selling opportunities to candidates and negotiating offers with clients.
- Strategic Thinking: Managing application pipelines and coordinating interview schedules.
