- Uncapped commission with no threshold (scales to 45%)

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development to win new clients
- Sourcing strong candidates through advertising and headhunting on LinkedIn
- Interviewing candidates and pairing them up with your clients
- Managing the end-to-end interview process from initial prep to negotiation of the offer details
- Handling any reservations and consulting your network on market trends and conditions
- Consistently working to hit and exceed individual targets
- Building up a personal brand and presence in your market niche
The Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Experience working in a sales-based role, or any other customer/client facing role
- Confidence pushing back on high-level stakeholders
- Naturally competitive with a background in sport
- Financial drive and desire to earn more than a base pay
- Ambition to progress and build a career, not hold a job
