They place senior professionals with higher salaries; therefore, their billings sizes are much larger than other industries. You will be gaining insight into the financial market by speaking to professionals daily and gaining true insight into when the best times to hire are, as well as what makes the perfect candidate. Top billers in their company are doing 300k+ deals, meaning you will be learning from the best of the best.

The Job – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling, headhunting, advertising and using LinkedIn
- Fast-based sales role
- Sourcing both clients and candidates and offering knowledge on the industry
- Organising the interviews and being the middleman in between the client and candidate
- Bringing them through the interview process and giving them tips on how to do well
- Make a successful placement and get your commission!
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from any discipline
- Sales experience – B2B, telesales, client facing
- Team player
- Confident
- Strong communication skills
- Approachable
